🌎 Where We Ship

We currently ship to addresses within the United States only. We do not ship to international addresses, PO boxes, or US territories at this time.

πŸ“¦ Where Your Order Ships From

HWY Physical Therapy partners with trusted suppliers to bring you quality products. Some items ship directly from our suppliers' warehouses, which may be located outside the United States. This allows us to offer a wider range of products at competitive prices, but it does mean delivery times are longer than a domestic warehouse.

⏱️ Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). You'll receive an order confirmation email once your order is placed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day.

Due to international fulfillment, please allow additional time for delivery:

  • Standard delivery: 7–15 business days from the date your order ships
  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier volume, customs processing, or public holidays
  • Orders during peak periods (holidays, sales events) may take additional time

  • Free shipping on all orders over $50
  • $4.90 flat rate on orders under $50
  • Your shipping cost is shown at checkout before payment

We do our best to provide tracking information where available. Due to the nature of international fulfillment, we are not always able to provide real-time tracking for every shipment. If tracking is available, it will be included in your shipping confirmation email.

If you haven't received tracking and your order is within the estimated window, please allow the full 15 business days before reaching out.

⚠️ Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo of the item
  • A short video showing the damage or issue
⚠️ Claims submitted after 48 hours may not be eligible for a replacement or refund.
