Physical Therapy Evaluation (PP)

Your first visit includes a comprehensive 1-on-1 evaluation with a licensed physical therapist. During this session, we’ll take the time to understand your medical history, current challenges, and long-term goals. We’ll assess your posture, flexibility, strength, gait, balance, and any painful or restricted areas. Based on our findings, you’ll receive a personalized plan of care — including education, home exercises, and treatment recommendations — to help you move better, feel stronger, and live more independently. This visit sets the foundation for all future progress.
