How to Set Up and Use the WiFi SOS Panic Button

Step 1: Download the App
Scan the QR code included with the product or search for Tuya Smart or Smart Life in your mobile app store. Download and install the app on your smartphone.

Step 2: Prepare Your WiFi Connection
Ensure your home WiFi is operating on a 2.4GHz network. This device does not support 5GHz WiFi.

Step 3: Power On and Enter Pairing Mode
Press and hold the SOS button for more than 10 seconds until the indicator light begins to flash slowly. This means the device is ready to connect.

Step 4: Add the Device in the App
Open the Tuya Smart or Smart Life app, select “Add Device,” and follow the on-screen instructions to connect the SOS button to your WiFi network.

Step 5: Test the Alert Function
Once connected, press the SOS button once. A notification will be sent to your phone within a few seconds, depending on your network environment.

Step 6: Share Alerts with Family Members
Use the sharing feature inside the app to invite other family members or caregivers. When the button is pressed, all shared users will receive alert notifications.
